Giuseppe`s Pizzeria in Lake George

The service definitely could have been friendlier when we were there. Pizza was pretty good for the price. Drinks are cost way more than they should. The cups were tiny and lasted us about 5 minutes of drinking. For two small cups of soda that was mainly ice was over $7! I couldn’t believe it! We paid the same for two big slices of specialty pizza.

I visited them in night when other restaurants were closed at lake George. First time I ordered their veggie calzones. It’s was great. Their staff was nice to us and suggested which dish is good to try. I was satisfied with taste and their service. Only thing is for veggies less option in menu. They can make more dish/sandwich with hundreds of vegetables available in our world, why lots of meats option and 2 veggie dish?

Very very friendly service! The owner was welcoming and attentive. I had the mozzarella and tomato salad with a nice balsamic reduction and some tasty little rolls. It was very good. I'd definitely go back .

Food was ok but had to ask for napkins twice to get a decent amount for a party of five. The menu prices were less than the actual cost and the seating were too close to have been following social distancing rules.

First time eating out after NY on Pause. They were great. Treated my 5 year old like a princess - even giving her extra whipped cream which she was thrilled with! Food was great. Everyone who works there was incredibly friendly. We will be back!!

Pizza are fresh and service was fast. Ordered cheese and veggie pizza, taste amazing like real italian pizza reminds me of brooklyn pizzas.

Probably close to the same pizza you'll get in NYC or Buffalo... Definitely the right choice! The waitress was incredible even serving the first Alice's right to our plate.I did order jalapeno poppers as they are some of my favorites... The ones that showed up came right out of a freezer box, fried well but ONLY 6- for $9.50 this is incomprehensible! I can get 6 for $1 at the dollar tree. The rest of the appetizers were priced about the same and I'm left with freezer stuck in my brain. For this reason I don't think I'll be back... Hopefully a Domino's moves in.

Bruschetta was the best I've ever had and huge portions .the pizza taste good and the meatball park is delicious..it's a great place with great food .

First time visiting while on vacation and they did not disappoint! Pizza was exactly what we were hoping for, thin and chewy NY style. We were served by the bartender and he was amazing! Staff was all very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back on our many trips to Lake George!

Went with my family Saturday night. We waited briefly to be seated but enjoyed fireworks while waiting. This restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. Decor was simple and did the job. We were a large party and we were accomadated readily. Menu included appetizers specialty pizzas and Italian favorites. I ordered a vegetable calzone, for appetizer fried mushroom and a wine glass. Everything that consumed was delicious and fresh. We also ordered an antipasti platter, penne a lavodka and spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs taste like homemade. My kids order pizza with great crust. The table server was extremely attentive and sweet. She asked various times if we were okay and she made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Lake George Village. (My pic is of a leftover spinach and mushroom calzone)

Best pizza around, period. Wait staff was amazing. Couldn't do enough for us. Unbelievable service and great pizza. What more can you ask. Our Turkish female waitress was the best!!!

Great pizza, pasta, etc. Good service, very friendly to families with young kids. And they're being very responsible with social distancing, felt very safe

The staff was awesome and the food was delicious. GF options for my wife were few, but really good.

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I got pizza with salty ranch spinkled on it with 3 chicken slivers and a hint of bacon. The pizza was what Chef Boy Ardee is to ravioli.

I stopped in for two slices and two bottles of Pepsi and six garlic knots, the charge was just under $20.00. I asked the owner why they charged so much and he gave me an attitude. He stated “I don’t have to explain my prices to you”. It’s a tourist town and they are taking advantage of tourists. I won’t be back. I cannot recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Our waitress reminded us of putting our mask on when leaving the table for any reason. We were seated post haste, and the pizza was very good!

Was super impressed with the service and the food. We got take our from here on a Friday night. Super super busy place yet they got are order perfect and quickly. Looking forward to our next meal at this restaurant.

This place has been serving food for 41 years. It an institution in Lake George. That said, you can’t go wrong if you order the pizza. There is no small so be advised that a medium pizza from this place can feed a squad of soldiers just back from a 10 mile hike. Being Italian makes me very critical of Italian food, I also ordered the lasagna, on a different night and I was not wowed. It was good, but I’ve done better. NEVER as good as Nona’s of course.

A group of friends staying at a local LG resort for NYE, placed a large dinner order for delivery from Giuseppes. The ordering experience with the owner was excellent, the food was fairly priced and delicious, and the delivery person called before leaving the restaurant. The food was very hot when we received it and the group raved over the pizza, wings and salads! We will order again next year. There is a reason this restaurant has been in business for so many years!

Great food and Andrea was an awesome server...I highly recommend for the city pizza searcher.

Got pick up here twice. Each time food was full of flavor, red sauce flavorful, meatballs not stuffed with filler but meat, pasta al dente. Garlic knots just right. Enjoyed it all. Family enjoyed their choices.

Fantastic delicious pizza and great service. Just enjoyed a super delicious medium “the works” pizza and a wonderful cannelloni desert. All washed down with a lovely glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite places at lake george for pizza and other plates Also i ordered pasta with shrimp it was very good , i really recommend it within the variety of the restaurants

Ugh, yes! Exactly the pizza you want. Perfect proportion of dough, sauce and cheese! We got a pie with some ricotta and sausage and it’s exactly how I love it: heaping mounds of ricotta and thin slice sausage, perfectly spiced. And our server, Ken, was wonderful! He even bottled up the rest of our wine carafe (and I have never had any place do something like that for me!) He made sure everything was good and then offered samples of his sangria as well as his strawberry lavender rosé, which were absolutely amazing! Super fragrant and delicious, I left the place thinking about them! This is definitely a place to stop by for lunch or dinner in the area.

Pizza - on point. Mind you the pizza is really big when you order. Staff was very friendly and seemed very hardworking (they kept cleaning the place). The price for the quantity you get is pretty justified.

Young lady taking names told us it would be a 15-25 minute wait because we had a table of 8, long story short because of the lack of common sense and an 1 1/2 hours of waiting we decided to order to take the order to go and the food was not impressive at all. Really shocked on the hype of this establishment

My family loves this restaurant and we always visit when we go to Lake George. The food is amazing and the staff is very kind. Our last time going we had a baby who spilled some drinks and had a large carriage that crowded the place on a busy night. The staff did not mind and was able to calmly accommodate us and clean up without a problem.

Best Italian restaurant and pizzeria ever. We stopped there for lunch on our way to the city from montreal, we ordered wings and fried calamari as appetizers, a sandwich, a steak, pasta and pizza, everything was fresh and rates great.I also want to mention the outstanding customer service during and after our visit; the waitress was super nice, and it happened that we left our daughter's tablet at the restaurant, I couldn't go back since it's about 200 miles from home, so I gave them a call and few days later it has arrived carefully wraped in a priority mail package (I'll be posting a photo).If you're driving on I87, just wait until you get there to eat, it's really worth it.Thanks for everything guys.

It's the best pizza hands down you will not find better in upstate NY sauce actually has great flavor it's not like the rest around witch tastes like tomato soup for sauce .everything On the menu is cooked with better flavor as well as Geno's extra seasoning it's just good Italian food and more love it'...Geno and his staff cook everything with experience and know how ,,,have no complaints except can't get ,,,ENOUGH,,, love the food and great people. Will always recommend as well as eat there when I'm close enough to stop in and enjoy thanks Geno and Anita.

We loved the pizza and overall experience here. Very friendly staff and social distancing was handled well inside. We had the margherita pizza and I think it was possibly the best I've ever had. I actually walked back to tell the guy making the pizza he did an excellent job. His name was Mike... I yelled to him and probably scared people there... But I needed them to know how happy we were. Our waitress Taylor was super attentive and refilled drinks without asking... Thank you for making our Lake George experience that much better with your great food!!!

So pleasant great outdoor seating. Make u feel at home. First time and will definitely be back.

We stayed at a resort in Diamond Point over Memorial Day weekend and the pizza delivered from here was on-time, hot, and delicious!

If you are in the area, you should pay them a visit. Nice little Italian restaurant. Their tomato mozzarella is really good and so is garlic knots and pizza. Very friendly staff. Will certainly visit them again when I am back in LG area.
